Easy Chicken Fajitas


1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat

1 small red bell pepper

1 small green bell pepper

1 medium white onion

1 tsp. Fiesta Fajita Seasoning or Fiesta Spicy Fajita Seasoning (or more to taste)

3 tbsp. Oil


Cut chicken meat in to bite sizes. Add taco seasoning, 2 tbsp. of oil mix, and marinate at least for 2 hours or overnight even better. Once the meat is marinated, heat oil, add meat and cook at a medium-high flame. Once the chicken is cooked, add vegetables and let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Check for seasoning, if more needed, add more Taco seasoning to taste.
